The store's website leads to a jumbled mess of nine screens on desktop and seven screens on mobile for the user to complete the checkout process. Analytics showed the Museum that users are dropping off at the complex checkout flow and so decided that the entire flow be redesigned to serve users quickly.
Webtye designed the three step checkout flow, reducing the overall buying steps from nine on desktop and seven on mobile to just three steps in desktop and mobile. The project called for the design and development of a completely new flow for ticket buyers. The resulting process converts users into ticket buyers.
